This privacy policy describes how The 20022Consultancy Limited and its affiliated entities (“we”, “us”, or “The 20022Consultancy”) collect, handle, store and use the personal data that you supply to us and how you may exercise your data privacy rights. Any personal information collected is used for the sole purposes of The 20022 Consultancy’s sales and marketing communications based on an indicated interest in our products and services or in connection with your use of our products and services. By continuing to access our website or use our products and services you expressly consent to our collection, storage and use of personal data for in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy is effective on 01 August 2023 for all users.
The information we collect from You
We may collect the following personal data directly from your interactions with us:

- Your email address (business or personal as determined by you);
- Your address (business or personal as determined by you);

- Your landline phone number for business purposes;
- Your job title or role;
- Your company name;

We never collect sensitive personal data such as gender, home contact details, ethnicity, religion, political affiliation or sexual preference.

We do not sell or rent the personal data we collector receive with third parties for any purpose without your explicit consent. If you do not wish to receive sales and marketing communications from The 20022Consultancy, you may unsubscribe by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link located at the end of any marketing communication from The 20022 Consultancy.Unsubscribing from any marketing and sales communications will result in The20022 Consultancy adding your name and contact information to a “do not contact” list until such time as you re-subscribe to such marketing and sales communications. If you choose to exercise your right to be forgotten (your data deleted completely from The 20022 Consultancy’s user database) you may make that request by sending an email to privacypolicy@the20022consultancy.com requesting for your data to be deleted.
Our disclosure of your data
In addition to the uses identified above, we may disclose your personal data to third parties to respond to legal requirements(including subpoenas, court orders, and requests from other authorities),enforce our policies (including any of the terms of our User Agreement), or protect any other person’s rights, property, or safety (including if we believe that you are using our products and services in an illegal or unauthorized manner).

Ours is a global business and we use global cloud-based platforms. For us to provide our services to you, your personal data may be stored outside of the European Economic Area, Switzerland, and theUnited Kingdom. Your personal data may be accessed by The 20022 Consultancy staff outside the European Economic Area, Switzerland, and the UnitedKingdom.
Where personal data is transferred outside of theEuropean Economic Area, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom, and where the transferee is not subject to an adequacy decision by the EU Commission, we enter into EU Commission approved standard contractual clauses or Swiss standard contractual clauses, an appropriate Privacy Shield certification, or a third party service provider’s binding corporate rules.

Data security
The security of any personal data in our possession is important to us. We restrict access to personal data to only those employees of The 20022Consultancy that have a need to know the personal data and all employees must adhere to our Code of Conduct which includes policies on who may access and restrictions on use of personal data. We have implemented ongoing compliance protocols to ensure that all employees are in compliance with thisPrivacy Policy, our Code of Conduct, and our security practices.
